The NEW deadline of Work-in-Progress Paper (1 or 2 pages) has been set to July 23, 2021.

Prospective authors who missed the deadline for regular papers are invited to submit Work-in-Progress Papers.

Please note that all accepted Work-in-Progress Papers will be included in the conference proceedings, but they will NOT be published in IEEE Xplore.
